"If you’re thinking about having a doula, Hannah is the one to have! This was our first pregnancy and since we didn’t know how labor and delivery would work for us I wanted to make sure we were well supported. We had a planned home-birth with midwives and Hannah was so supportive of our decisions and what we wanted our birth to look like. Our visits before the birth were super informative and helped us get to know each other before the big day! Hannah made me feel so comfortable and helped with anything we needed during labor and delivery! She helped to get baby in better positioning, with pain relief when I had terrible back labor, gave me constant encouragement, and even just held the fan when I was in the thick of it! We ended up having to transfer after laboring at home and in the hospital she had our birth plan ready so everyone was on the same page. She stayed with me and held my hand after our baby was born while my husband stayed with him. All in all I can’t imagine not having Hannah there with us through our labor and delivery. She brought so much comfort and encouragement during that time! Thank you Hannah!"
